The privacy policy for the High Scores Arcade is simple: I will not give out your contact information without your express written consent. Period. I don't shop Email addresses out to spammers or crazy stuff like that. I only ask for your Email address to that I can contact you about High Scores Arcade related matters. On occasion (once every three months or so), I send out an Email newsletter to keep interested folks up to date on High Scores Arcade related news. I always include with it a means to opt out of receiving the newsletter because I don't want to annoy anyone or violate the trust that they have placed in the privacy of their contact information.

If for any reason you would like to make your contact information available on the site, just send me an Email and I will be glad to do so. Otherwise, your contact information will be help in confidence.
